Looks like Apple is one vengeful tech company that just won't let Samsung be. After its $1.05 billion win against Samsung last week, Apple has filed a new patent infringement lawsuit that includes 22 new devices, including smartphones and tablets. In the first lawsuit, which was filed way back in April 2011, the Cupertino company sued Samsung for copying technology off the Apple iPad and Apple iPhone. A hard-hitting case the second time may cause severe damage because the new lawsuit includes Samsung's bestselling devices, i.e. Samsung Galaxy III, Samsung Galaxy II, Samsung Galaxy Note, and the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, among others. Apple had earlier petitioned for a ban on Samsung Galaxy Nexus and on the Galaxy S3. While the ban on Nexus was initially granted but was later temporarily lifted, Apple couldn't get the S3 banned due to a busy court schedule.
