Lava is all set to release another Intel powered smartphone in India under the most famous XOLO series, XOLO X910. It is basically a low-profile cousin of company’s flagship XOLO X900 that was released last year and claimed to be the first device from XOLO that draws power from the Intel processor, whereas the newest member, Lava XOLO X910, will be the fourth Intel powered device from the company. Now available online for purchase, Lava XOLO X910 price in India has been decided at Rs. 9,999.

The latest offering, Lava Xolo A500 is powered by 1GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, unlike the previous handsets that comes with dual-core MediaTek processor. This refreshingly new gadget features a 4-inch capacitive touchscreen display with a resolution of 480 × 800p and runs on Google’s Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS; all comes in a power-packed 112.6g body. It is engineered with 512MB of RAM and 4GB on-board ROM along with an internal memory of 4GB, while the external storage capacity can be expanded up to 32GB via microSD slot. Going with the latest trend of 5-inch or bigger smartphones, the Indian Mobile maker, LAVA has launched a new phablet in the country, dubbed as IRIS 501. Last year, we have already seen bigger-display smartphones from the top industry players as well as from the local manufacturers too, including Micromax, Karbonn, Intex, Zync and others. Adding to the list of phablets, the new entrant from LAVA sports a 5-inch capacitive multi-touch screen with a resolution of 480 X 800p and a low pixel density of 187ppi, similar to other entry-level smartphones.

LAVA mobiles, the Indian handset manufacturer silently released a new affordable dual-SIM smartphone, named as IRIS N400. The latest handset is powered by Android 4.0.1 (Ice Cream Sandwich) OS and supports 3G capabilities. The Indian handset maker has yet not announced any plans for delivering a Jelly Bean update for this new LAVA smartphone. The budget handset is available at online retail stores in India. The company posted an image of the phone on few social networking websites yesterday, quoting, “Here is the new smartphone, you have been waiting for. Be the first one to grab Lava Iris N400 !” As Indian market is flooded with dual-SIM handsets, so the latest devices may go unnoticed, if company doesn’t come out with anything new.
Two days after the launch of mid-ranged Lava XOLO X700 in India with a price of Rs. 9,999, Lava Mobiles has come up with another news regarding the facelift of their next mid-ranging Android smartphone, Lava XOLO A800, under the XOLO series. Lava XOLO A700 features a 1GHz processor and a big 4.5 inch display. In order to exist in and match the cut throat competition in the smartphone market, Lava Mobiles has added another product in the XOLO lineup, which is going to touch the grounds in the next month, that is, December 2012 with a reasonable price. According to the leaked information, this smartphone will be priced between the already existing smartphones – Lava XOLO A700 and Lava XOLO X900, and will be powered by Intel Atom processor.
