Following the on-going trend, Panasonic is planning to re-enter the Indian smartphone market with the launch of Panasonic P51 Android smartphone on 16th May 2013. In India, Panasonic is recognized just as a consumer electronics brand, which creates world-class home appliances and electronics items.
Panasonic India has added a new computing device to its rugged range of gadgets with the launch of Panasonic Toughpad FZ-A1. The latest Panasonic tablet runs on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS and sports 10.1inch of capacitive multi-touch TFT display with 1024x768p resolution and anti-glare coating that protects the screen from direct sunlight. The tablet comes powered by 1.2Ghz dual-core processor with dedicated security core processor (FIPS 140-2 Level 2 compliant) and 1GB of RAM.
Panasonic, the Japan based mobile manufacturer is planning to make a come back in mobile world. But the entry is not with a small scale move but with a full fledged Android driven smartphone. The company has been working on its smartphones since long and according to sources, the Panasonic will launch its smartphone in 2011 for Jananese markets and from 2012, the availability will be spread overseas.
