Reliance Communications will soon be launching the upgraded version of a 3G tablet, Reliance 3G Tab V9A. The device will be launched with the price in India standing at as low as Rs. 14,499. This will be a revamped version of the tablet that the company had launched in August last year. With the refashioning of the tablet, it will now get a faster processor, bettered screen resolution, and added video call facilities. The tablet, Reliance 3G Tab V9A, will have a display size of 7 inches, along with a higher resolution of 1024 X 600 p. Running on Android version 2.3 (Gingerbread), it will feature a processor of 1.4GHz and a RAM measuring 512MB. What more, there also are camera of 3 megapixels for clicking picture perfect images, for video calling it gives you VGA camera, and 3G support. Social networking sites, like Facebook, Twitter, Orkut apps come pre-loaded. Other pre-installed apps are Reliance TV, Reliance World Online, BigFlix, Documents To Go, etc.
The premier mobile service providing company Reliance Communications in joint venture with Hong-Kong based China Wireless Technologies has launched 3.5 inches CDMAsmartphone Coolpad D530 powered by Android Eclair (2.1) operating system in Kolkata today. The phone hits the shelves of Chennai mobile market and is soon reach throughout the other dealers of country. The phones manufactured in joint venture between these companies will be known as Coolpad Mobiles.
Reliance Communication is going to launch another Samsung Galaxy series smartphone in India with its own CDMA network. Reliance is India's major mobile service provider company that also has got the licence of 3G network and now spreading its wings to capture 3G smartphone market. The upcoming smartphone is Samsung Galaxy 1500 which will be the second smartphone after Samsung Galaxy 1899 with its network.
India's one of the largest Telecom company, Reliance Communication(RCom) is offering a new unlimited call scheme for CDMA subscribers in three states including Punjab, Harayana and Himachal Pradesh. The company believes 25-30 percent growth in respective market by the launch of new scheme. Reliance CDMA currently has subscribers base of 25 lakh in three states. “In Punjab, the mobile communication market bringing the highest average revenue Rs. 325 per user among all three states.
