As the dates of forthcoming Mobile World Congress (MWC) are closing-in various mobile manufacturing companies have started making showers of announcements regarding their new launches. After announcement the launch of Acer CloudMobile during MWC, leading mobile manufacturing company Acer today announced the showcase of Acer Liquid Glow in the series of Acer smartphones that will be showcased during MWC. However, as far as pricing of this new phone is concerned company has not revealed any information.
Moving towards the features introduced in Acer Liquid Glow, it adorns Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system and enriched with 1GHz Qualcomm 7227A Single-Core Processor. It supports near field communication (NFC) application. It is designed with 3.7 inches capacitive multi-touchscreen. Integrated with internal memory storage of 1GB, it supports external memory card slot that is capable of storing microSD flash card up to 32GB. The camera of 5 megapixels carries the feature of LED flash and enables the users to capture photographs and record videos. With HTML 5. WAP 2.0 and Adobe Flash web browser, it entitles the user to get connected via Internet without any Internet modem.
Besides connectivity with various connectivity options, for instance, Bluetooth, microUSB 2.0, Wi-Fi, DLNA, it supports connectivity with high-defined multimedia interfaces (HDMI). Thus, the user may get connect their mobile handset with their television set and enjoy the videos of their fun moments on their T.V. screen. To enhance its multimedia functionalities, it integrates inbuilt FM radio with RDS and also supports various MP3 and MP4 audio/video file formats.
With above mentioned features, it also carries various sundry features which include Android Market, Google Talk, Gmail, Google Maps, Google , Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, Text to Speech, Google Voice Search, Adobe Flash and Digital Compass. And finally the new Acer Liquid Glow will come in a wide array of various passionate colors including “Sakura Pink”, “Alpine White”, and “Cat's-eye Black”.
