Mobile News India - Apple iPhone 5: Rumored Launch in September!

Apple iPhone! Has any other handset been more in news than this? Well, here’s once again a rumor stating the final releasing date of Apple iPhone 5. All the rumors point towards a September launch, second half of September to be precise. At the time when iPhone 4S was announced back in the year 2011, it was iPhone 5 that was high-on-expectation list. However, some time back, rumors about the same iPhone said that it will be launched by the end of October, but then Samsung jazzed up the market with its Galaxy Note 10.1. To win that market and hype back again, seems Apple is now fix on releasing their new wonder tool just as soon. Along with this rumor, there’s fire relating to the same saying the pre-ordering starts September 12 onwards, while the first shipment of iPhone 5s is expected on September 21. Some psst psst news says it will be launched along with iPad Mini, though we are not much eager to believe that.

Once again, we are expecting Foxconn to be manufacturing the handsets for Apple. However, doubts linger when we talk of the name of the new handset. Since forever, Apple’s new launches have been given many names, as had happened with iPhone 4s too. Some lame guesses are calling it “new iPad” too! However, what makes us sure about the name iPhone 5 is that Apple had some time back lodged a complaint against a small group which was discussing anything and everything that related to the upcoming Apple handset. There currently are two handsets under testing at Apple, Apple iPhone 5.1 and Apple iPhone 5.2. About the form of iPhone, this one is expected to be something very new and different from whatever has come up uptill now, indirectly hinting towards an absolutely new casing.

If we go back to the launch time of iPhone 4, we heard that iPhone 5 has been shelved by Steve Jobs for its size and instead he chose iPhone 4. So now we know iPhone 5 will surely be huge. Early in the year, in the month of May, the backplate image of this handset also leaked out. What the backplate suggests is a 4 inch screen, two toned back, aluminium brushed onto it, big speaker grills. As per the rumors, it will have svelte figure with 7.6 mm thickness, 9.7 inch to measure the whole handset, 4.6 inches of retina display with 16.9 aspect ratio, beat version of iOS will allow  to fit to 640 X 1136 resolution, a pretty small dock, headphone jack might be relocated, central front camera. Apple gives it RAM of 1 GB and could be having a dual core processor, 4G is expected here as well. Nothing has been said, or even rumored, about Near Field Technology, while the camera is expected to b an 8 MP one, along with an HD front facing camera too.

With all this much happening on the latest iPhone front, all we wait for is some spices about the prices too!
