iBall is a renowned name in the computer peripherals, which is trying its level best to establish the same name in the smartphone segment too. The Andi series by the company is doing a good business in the market and moving further, the company has added one more sibling in the line-up, named as iBall Andi 4.5Q, which has been launched today. Adopting the low cost strategy, the company has very reasonably priced this droid for Rs. 11,490 and not only this, the beast has also been loaded with a cluster of features that are mostly found in the high-end smartphones. The Indian smartphone manufacturers are achieving a good pace in the market and consumers are too giving them a try. Behind this, the major reason might be their low cost, but still these producers, including iBall, Micromax, Lava and Karbonn, are giving some good products in the market with powerful set of features.
With Android version 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system, iBall Andi 4.5Q is a dual SIM device that supports GSM bands for both the SIM cards. Justifying the name, this droid has 4.5 inch qHD multi touch display with capacitive touchscreen, 245ppi of pixel density and a resolution of 960 x 540 pixels. Along with dual-SIM, it has dual-core Cortex A9 processor too on-board that clocked at a speed of 1GHz. The user can play HTML5 videos on this smartphone very smoothly and the multimedia features too are very amazing and astounding with multi-format supporting audio and video players.
The RAM is only 512MB, which is quite low as per the features it support, and there are no words on the internal memory of iBall Andi 4.5Q, though a facility of microSD has been provided to increase the external memory of this beast. iBall Andi 4.5Q has somewhat similar specs to that of its sibling, iBall Andi 4.5h, save for the RAM that is more in the latter and the operating system that is better in the former. Recently launched Micromax HD Canvas A116 and Karbonn Smart Titanium 1 are the best rivals for this smartphone.
