Description:
HTC says that the problems with the One S is limited, replacements guaranteed for buyers. Just a few days back, there were reports about complains from some users of HTC One S that the ceramic finishing over over this black HTC phone (i.e., HTC One S) got damaged without any reason. The company has taken all these complaints seriously. It is giving its complete attention to this problem and looking for ways to solve it effectively without causing harm to the company's image. The company has closely studied this problem and has announced that the bug is confined to only some of the models and hence is not a very serious issue. The company has further stated that their main aim is to provide premium quality products and provide their customers with the best experience.
They do accept that there are some issues regarding the HTC One S. The company further informed that the finishing of the HTC One S was lab tested to fulfill a hardness criteria identical to that of ceramic. However, even being so hard does not give the confirmation that it wont get any sort of damage. Having said that, the company is making it sure that quality is given utmost priority and hence they are offering immediate fixes for all customers facing this coating problem. Further the company is also ensuring some minor modifications to make sure that such problems do not arise again in future. As far as the immediate fix is concerned, it means that the customer has to go to the store from where he/she purchased the phone and get the replaced unit instantly. This will be done as long as the DOA period lasts after which the damage will be fixed under what is offered by the company as the model's warranty.
