The fast growing African Handset manufacturer Mi-Fone has launched its budget Mi-Q200 QWERTY handset at Mobile World Congress. Mi-Q is the popular mobile series by Mi-Fone in the African market, it's target group is tech-savvy youths of Africa and India. All the Mi-Fones are based on Blackberry handsets and available with affordable price. This new launched handset is also packed with innovative features. The mobile is price at US$80.
The stylish and stunning designed Mi-Q200 is loaded with fully QWERTY keypad with Synchronica Mobile Gateway which Mi-Fone's next-generation mobile messaging technology key player. The device is packed with push email, data synchronisation and instant messaging capabilities while popular social networks are also available in it.
This Mi-Q200 stylish handset is based on MediaTek that delivers BlackBerry phones like experience at affordable price. This is from factor bar handset that has dimension of 111MM x 61MM x 13MM. The display screen of the device is 2.0 inches that comes with TFT 65K colours. A 0.1 mega pixel camera with digital zoom is also available in it. The mobile supports dual SIM and works at network frequency of GSM 900 / 1800 Mhz | GSM 900 / 1800 Mhz. This new comer handset is loaded with powerful battery that provides talk time of up to 5 hours.
With the launch of this innovative, stylish and affordable device; Mi-Fone is targeting African and Indian market. Apart from this handset, HTC Incrediable S, HTC Wildfire S, HTC Desire S, LG Optimus Pad, LG Optimus 3D, Sony Ericsson Xperia Play, Neo and Pro were displayed at the WMC.
