Mobile News India - Samsung Galaxy Note 2: To be Unveiled Soon

Samsung is expected to unveil second generation of 'phablet' from Galaxy Note series pretty soon. The event will be held in Europe, at one of the biggest electronics platform in Berlin. This comes soon after, and obviously in response to, Samsung's loss to Apple. Under pressure, or acting smart, and thus trying to gain back the lost market, Samsung is sure to bring something new for its consumers. Though, it was just the last week when US court declared that Samsung has copied a few of the Apple patent features, features that Apple iPhone boasts of, against which Samsung had to pay 1.05 billion dollars to Apple. Also, Apple has demanded discontinuing around eight of Samsung phones from the market, which if happens, which prove to bring in pretty huge profits to Apple and miserable losses to Samsung, thinking of which Samsung has now planned to unveil Galaxy Note 2 a bit earlier than what its initial plans were.

After Samsung Galaxy S, which was one of the most popular handset range, specially the Galaxy S3, it is Galaxy Note phablet that the company is banking upon. And also to be noticed is the fact that this handset is not on the “to-be-banned” Samsung phones by Apple. As per what we have uptil yet caught hold of the phablet, this new handset is not expected too many changes as far as design is concerned, however, there would be some technical advancements, which would prove enough for Samsung to maintain and in fact enhance its sales. And probably the launch would bring in some pepped up enthusiasm in the downbeat Samsung as of now.

Speculations are Galaxy Note 2 will be a lot thinner with a display of 5.5 inches. This would also draw power from quad core processor; it might in fact win JellyBean, which is an upgraded Android operating system. The stylus is expected to get some new and improved touch-pen qualities. Also, we would like to mention that Samsung is seemingly now working up on smartphones which would feature bendable screens. Such a gadget might be in the market by the end of this year, which would straight away fight with the upcoming Apple iPad, which yet again is carrying on the competition with Samsung Galaxy S3.
