Sprint, one of the top telecommunication service providers, has recently made an announcement that it would be retailing the China-based ZTE Fury mobile handset for just Rs. 1,010. They would be providing this handset on a contract of 2 years. Fury is entry level Android phone and has gained good popularity within a short span of time. ZTE Fury is pre-loaded with unique Sprint ID and customers can have fully personalized experience. ZTE Fury also requires activation on Sprint Everything Data plan, which allows customers to make maximum usage of the services provided by Sprint. This is the second time that Sprint has partnered with ZTE, earlier they had partnered to sell Optik tablet, which is an Android-based tablet.
ZTE Fury comes with a display area of 3.5 inch with 320 X 480 pixel resolution and IPS LCD display. ZTE Fury has a capacitive touch screen that supports multi-touch input mechanism. This phone is also fitted with proximity sensor. ZTE Fury is fitted with 1 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8655 single core processor. This phone come with 512 MB RAM. ZTE Fury is a CDMA phone which supports 800 and 1900 MHz spectrum. ZTE Fury has GPS facility and supports navigation system.
ZTE Fury comes with 3 GB internal memory and is scalable upto 32 GB through microSD card. This smartphone runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system, and it weighs about 140 grams. ZTE Fury is fitted with 5.0-megapixel camera with features like Auto focus, Digital Zoom, Geo-tagging, and video recording ability. The phone also LED flash light fitted to it for giving best picture quality even at low light conditions. ZTE Fury supports good data connectivity like Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and USB. The phone supports most of the messaging services like SMS and MMS with thread view. ZTE Fury is powered by 1500 mAH battery.
