Now, it is time for Samsung to come up with the Galaxy J8 (2018) and give users a chance to enjoy many intriguing features at a low range.

Although, it is not certain whether, the device will be sold in Europe, still the rumor mill is busy in circulating the news that the device will be getting unveiled by Samsung before the MWC 2018, as at this event in Barcelone, the South Korean company will be unravelling the Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus. One of the major reasons behind this speculation is that a new device has surfaced on the listings of Geekbench and GFXBench. Here all the specifications of the handset with the code SM-J720F has been highlighted. Now, it is alleged that this device is none other than the Samsung Galaxy Galaxy J8 (2018).

The GFXBench has showcased that the handset with the code SM-J720F will house a 5.5 inches classic display of an aspect ratio 16:9 with an HD screen resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels. In comparison to its predecessor, the Samsung J7 (2017), this resolution is a step back. Furthermore, the device, which is alleged as the Samsung Galaxy J8 (2018) is powered by an octa-core Samsung Exynos 7885 processor and clocked at a max frequency of 1.6 GHz.

As far as the camera has been highlighted on these listings sites, the rear one will be having a resolution of 12 MP. The good news for selfie lovers that it will be carrying a dual front camera setup of an 8MP primary sensor and an 8MP secondary camera sensor and both having a maximum resolution of 1080p. Running on Android 8.0.0 Oreo Operating System, the device will be coupled with 4GB of RAM and 32 GB of a native storage capacity. Both the sensor can record videos with a maximum resolution of 1080p. If this handset with the code SM-J720F turns out to be Samsung Galaxy J8 (2018), then this might be the first device by Samsung to be accompanied with the Android Oreo installed out of the box.
