  • Dual camera setup on the rear similar to predecessor
  • Will be launched at an event on October 16

Huawei’s upcoming flagship device, Mate 10 is speculated to launch at an event on October 16. The company rolled out the invitation of the same last month. However, the invite did not clearly mention that it’s the launch of Mate 10, but, it did mention “Meet the device worth waiting for”, with a ‘10’ shadow in the background. Now, a recent leak has surfaced the internet that allegedly shows off the Huawei Mate 10’s front panel, confirming that the device will directly compete with the already launched Samsung Galaxy Note 8 and LG G6.

The image shows off the front panel of Huawei Mate 10 Pro suggesting very thin bezel on both sides, slight notch at the top hosting sensors, speaker and front camera, and a thinner chin, as compared to its predecessor.

The company also recently announced that its new devices will be powered by the next-gen Kirin 970 Processor. With the recent announcement, the company is planning to take smartphone experience to a whole new level.

The Kirin 970 will enable advanced Artificial intelligence features including faster voice and image recognition.
