Telecom giant Vodafone has launched a new offer dubbed as ‘SuperWeek’ recharge plan for its prepaid customers. The plan offers unlimited local and STD calls to any network along with a bundled data of 500MB at an effective price of Rs 69. The company has not restricted the offer to be a one-time one, but users can do a weekly recharge with the SuperWeek plan and avail all the benefits

With SuperWeek, the key objective is to offer a pocket-friendly and affordable unlimited plan that will appeal to all prepaid consumers. This plan will further enable our customers to remain confidently connected and enjoy a worry-free Vodafone SuperNet 4G experience on our best network ever.”

Vodafone recently partnered with Micromax to launch a new 4G phone, Bharat 2 Ultra to counter the likes of JioPhone. The phone comes at an effective price of Rs 999 and will be made available from November. Domestic tech giant had previously launched the Bharat-1 in partnership with BSNL, another low-cost 4G phone with unlimited calling and data offers from the state-run telecom operator.

The smartphone is priced at Rs 2,899, but the company is offering a cashback which will be refunded after few months of using the device bringing the effective price down to Rs 999. The cashback offers come with a requirement for recharging the phone with recharge amount totaling to Rs 150 per month for 36 months. The first installment of the cashback of Rs 900 after 18 months while the remaining Rs 1,000 will be deposited in their Vodafone m-Pesa wallets.

Airtel also recently announced a 50GB data plan with rollover option while the Vodafone also introduced the postpaid scheme offering unlimited calls and 90GB data for a period of six months at Rs 399.
