- Unlimited calls will have weekly caps, but users can call on all networks
- Unlimited data is for 2G speeds with free outgoing roaming calls
- Plan is rolled out as of now for Jharkhand and Bihar users
Vodafone has given a reason for the users to enjoy the upcoming festive season with more free calls. The British Telecommunication company has rolled out a new recharge pack of Rs 179. This Pack has given a reason to the Bihar and Jharkhand users to enjoy their new year with unlimited free calls even on roaming. The Rs 179 is a prepaid pack from Vodafone having a validity of 28 days. Unfortunately, this pack has been rolled out only for the Vodafone users belonging to Bihar and Jharkhand.
This recharge pack gives the users unlimited free calls even on outgoing roaming calls on all networks. Certainly, there is a daily and a weekly cap on the unlimited free calls. In a day users can avail 250 minutes of free calls and in a week it is 1000 minutes. If a user crosses this bar, then the caller will be charged at 30 paise per minute. Furthermore, the calls to unique numbers cannot exceed 300 in the validity period. In case, if the call to unique numbers exceeds this figure, then again the user will be charged with 30 paise per minute.
As far as the internet data is concerned, the users can enjoy unlimited data for 2G speeds. The 3G or 4G speed data are not included in this. Interestingly, all the telecommunication companies in India are unveiling every day new plans for the users to retain their stand in the market. A few days back even Bharti Airtel and Reliance Jio came up with new recharge plans. Even Vodafone last pack was of Rs. 176 for prepaid users that included bundled calls with 1GB data per day. The users were also allowed to have access to Vodafone Play app. In addition to this Vodafone on Tuesday itself came up with Rs. 349 recharge plan, which included 2GB data per day.
