Gionee is back in the news for all positive reasons. The Chinese smartphone manufacturer is all set to grab the attention of users and critics with the leaks of its upcoming flagship device Gionee M7 Plus. Every now and then one or the other Gionee smartphone M7 Plus is making it to the headlines. A few days back, the rumor if the device carrying a 6.43 inch AMOLED display was the buzz of the market. Now yet again, it is subjected to speculations with respect to the recent leaks and renders.

Yesterday, the phone was glimpsed on GFXBench and AnTuTu database. Furthermore, its official renders are out online and the smartphone appears quite promising. The leaked images, which are making the rounds online are showcasing the rear and side panels from where not much could be revealed, but certainly, the images have made it clear that it will be aligned with the latest demands in the market. This means that it will be a selfie-centric handset from Gionee, which might be accompanied in the front with a wide-angle lens.

The Aqua Blue color variant image has revealed many interesting features of the smartphone such as the full-screen design and that the smartphone will have a dual rear camera setup coupled with LED flashlight. Still, not much is known about its battery and the specifics of the camera. Interestingly, the device will carry the same brushed metallic body apart from the Full-HD+ 2160 x 1080 pixel resolution display with an aspect ratio of 18:9. This time the fingerprint scanner has been shifted to the back of the phone.
