The year 2017 has been an year of innovation. We have seen many devices that left us in awe. The bezel-less displays, dual camera setup, S Pen, FaceID, Hi-Fi Quad DAC audio and 960fps camera. The phones including Galaxy S8, iPhone X, Mi Mix 2, Galaxy Note 8, LG V30+, Xperia XZ Premium have created a benchmark in one way or the other. The 2018 has just started and the internet is flooded with leaks and renders of phones to be launched this year and we are already intrigued.

Honor 9 Lite

The nearest phone to be launching this year is the Honor 9 Lite. The phone is expected to launch on January 17 exclusively via Flipkart. The Honor 9 Lite will be second smartphone form the company to come with four cameras.

The Nokia 6 (2018) was recently launched by the Finnish giant in China. The phone is an upgraded model of the standard smartphone launched earlier. The phone comes with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The device comes in 6000 series aluminum frame and fingerprint sensor has been shifted to the back of the phone.

The HTC introduced the squeeze feature in Its HTC U11 smartphones and HTC U11 Life is the third iteration to it. The phone comes with 5.2-inch display and is powered by Snapdragon 630 SoC. There is a 16MP camera sensor on the front and a 16MP camera sensor on the rear as well. It runs on Android 8.0 Oreo out of the box.

Xiaomi Redmi 5

Xiaomi has launched only entry-level smartphone, the Redmi 5A as the next iteration to its Redmi series. The Redmi 5 has been launched in China exclusively and we are not sure when it will be made available for rest of the market. It comes with 5.7-inch display and is powered by Snapdragon 625. There is a 12MP camera on rear and 5MP sensor on the front.

The latest high-end model of Redmi lineup, the Redmi 5 Plus was launched in China alongside the Redmi 5. It comes with 5.99-inch bezel-less display and comes in 32GB and 64GB internal storage. The battery is of massive 4000mAh and decent camera setup.
