It was previously reported by many sources that the Xiaomi’s Mi A1 has been discontinued in India. But the truth is it is not according to the company. Xiaomi told this to indianexpress.com. It was previously supposed that the cause for the discontinuation in India was the launch event of its successor in China. This product was also out of stock in Flipkart and Mi.com. The Mi A1 is the company’s first Android One branded device. Previously this news of this discontinuation was reported by the 91Mobiles. As a matter of fact Xiaomi has stopped the supply of Mi A1 in all the offline stores a couple of months back.

According to many rumors and speculations, Xiaomi is planning the launch of this device’s successor Mi A2. And also according to rumors this company is also planning to launch the all new Mi 6X in China on 25th April. And this phone will be available in India as Mi A2 if one is going by the previous trends. The Mi A1 is not available right now but there are a lot of speculations and rumors spreading about the new Mi 6X. It is believed to come with a 5.99 inch full HD display, with the aspect ratio of 18:9. Supposedly, the device will be available in two different hardware variants, the first is with 4GB RAM along with 32GB internal storage space. And the other one will have 6GB RAM along with 128GB internal storage space.

The processor in this device is supposed to be Snapdragon 660. But on the other hand this device may not have the 3.5mm headphone jack. The front camera of Xiaomi Mi 6X will have 12MP sensors, and the back camera will be able to record 4K video. The front camera will have 20Mp along with a flash. This all new device was first spotted on China’s TENNA, which is the certification authority. It is also been hoped for that Xiaomi will be sticking to its vertical rear camera.
